What this website collects, why, and how long we keep it. Plain language, because that is the point.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we store what you typed into it: your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, the service you selected and your message. We also record the time, your IP address and your browser identification string, which help us identify automated abuse of the form.
We do not use tracking cookies. The only value this site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which never leaves your device.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while there is an active or prospective working relationship, and are removed when they are no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so.
Client data
Information belonging to our clients - including any clinical or personal health information we encounter during an engagement - is governed by the contract for that engagement, not by this page. We work under the client's instruction, keep such data within systems the client controls, and do not retain copies after the engagement ends unless the contract requires it.
Your choices
To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact us using the details on the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If this page changes materially, the revised version will appear here. This version was last reviewed on the date this site was published.
